After graduating from Northeastern University, Mark spent 6 years managing a snowboard shop in Breckenridge, CO followed by a summer commercial fishing in Alaska before returning to join the family business in New England. In an industry filled with LED technology confusion, Mark has the uncanny ability to listen "between the lines" & get to the heart of his customer’s questions in order to avoid any potential issues the first time, every time. This, coupled with a deep understanding of budgetary & style needs, makes him an asset to local builders.

With a passion for people, it’s a rarity you’ll find Dana in the office. Her customers use her as a respected resource for merchandising, selecting product as it’s trending, training their associates & hosting industry events in the Boston-Metro area. With a background in Business-to-Business Sales & Sales Management, she naturally gravitated to the role of Agency Sales Manager.
When asked what specifically, that role involves, "I sell smiles. Our customers are smiling when they’re making money & their problems are solved."
Joining The Carvey Group in 2017, Tim brought with him 10 years of Sales Rep experience & 30 years of Showroom experience. The depth of his product knowledge can only be surpassed by the devotion he has for his customers. From laying out tape to specifying product, from suggesting cost-conscious crossovers to selecting elaborate pieces of art & back again, Tim is the essence of a seasoned, vehemently impassioned industry professional.

Simple requests like price & availability are welcome but she really thrives when reviewing kitchen plans & layouts due to a background in Drafting. Whether she's needed via phone, email or text to ensure our customers get the answers they need in a timely fashion, Penny is the backbone of our agency.
